Any person
committing the following will be charged as follows : -

| Abandon,
drop or leave any rubbish in or upon any public place or on
any premises except as prescribed or with the written permission
o the Town Clerk, previously acquired. |

| Discharge
any fireworks or light any bonfire or burn rubbish in or upon
any public place without the written consent of the Town Clerk. |

| Fight,
challenge to fight, wrangle or quarrel or use obscene, indecent,
abusive or threatening language or commit, or incite others
to commit any act which is liable or calculated to cause a breach
of the peace in or upon any public place. |

| Advertise
any wares or serves in or upon any public place by means of
any megaphone, loud speaker, or other similar device, or by
shouting, striking gongs, blowing of horns or ringing of bells
without the written authority of the Town Clerk previously obtained. |

| In or
on any private premises, disturb the public peace in the neighborhood
of such premises by making therein or thereon any unseemly noise,
shouting, quarreling, wrangling or singing or the continuous
playing of musical instruments, or the overloud use of sound
reproduction and amplification equipment, radio equipment or
the like. |

| Appear
in or upon any public place in an intoxicated state, disorderly
manner or indecent state of address. |

| Place,
pack or unpack any cases, furniture, goods, materials, any merchandise,
or any other thing whatsoever in or upon any public place so
as to cause an obstruction or nuisance. |

| Without
the written permission of the Town Clerk or with out lawful
cause, discharge any firearm, sling, how catapult or other weapon
within the Town Board; provided that the Bylaw shall not apply
to any person engaged in authorised target practice or drill
in places lawfully set aside for such a purpose. |

| Erect
or display any sign or notice, except as prescribed. |

| Write,
draw, scrawl or paint on, or otherwise deface any building,
wall, structure or object in or upon any pubic place. |

| Beg
or solicit alms in or upon any public place, provided that this
bylaw shall not apply to bona fide street collections approved
by the Board. |
